For a long long time, I wanted to try baking macaroons, but I didn't. Since I left lots of egg whites in the fridge, I thought I'd give it a try, thinking that it will not be so difficult afterall! Hi Jane,
I've been looking forward to make macaroons for some time ago but I don't have the courageous to start although I've collected many recipe. But I think you have a good start. I've a reference for you if you like to try again next time. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PWzbvmqnvEg

Hi Kitchen Corner,
Thanks for your YouTube video. I watched it but cannot understand their language. But at least I can see what they are doing.
Hi Rei,
You think I might have overfold the batter? I think that could be one reason. Another reason was my egg whites. I suspected I have overbeaten it to stiff, instead of near stiff. And my flour mixture was so thick it was so difficult to mix with the egg whites, thus, I might have overdone it! :<
