Yes, I love Saturdays cos I have (almost) the whole day to do my bakings. Usually we will go to my parents' house for dinner. However, last Saturday, they had other appointment, so I had more time to do my bakings! Thanks for the suggestion on the use of the egg whites. I'm still very tempted to want to try macaroons. But I found sieving the ground almonds a challenge, which puts me off. Actually I don't mind keeping the whites until I can find a better use for it. :p

I just plan what I want to do in advance you know. In between bakes sometimes, you can "steal" sometime to prepare other things. Like between my layers of lapis cake, I packed my children's toys! Everything was just one after another. By the end of the day, I wasn't able to stand too upright! Hahahaha....
