Hi Yuri,
Yes, I'm very happy with my books purchases. It's been quite a while since I last bought my baking books! Oh yes, I bought a book on all soups. The most expensive cook book I bought yesterday. "Best Soups 100" - $19. I bought this book because it has very good explanation of what each soup is for. I quote one example: Watercress and Snakehead Fish Soup-Watercress soup helps to reduce Heat accumulated inside the body and prevent Heat accumulation.
Heehee...doesn't that entice you to buy too? ;)

Hi Grace,
