Buttermilk Country Cake

Bought buttermilk from supermarket quite a while ago, so I thought might as well bake a cake with buttermilk. I found a recipe from Rose's book on Buttermilk Country Cake and bake one. The result was really a soft & fragrant cake, almost like butter cake!
