Banana Walnut Cake

I had one and half bunch of ripes bananas at home. I thought I'd like to bake a banana walnut cake to use up my bananas. I remembered my baking instructor used to tell us that to bake a banana cake, the riper the banana, the better it is. So I decided to use the riper bananas for the cake.
