Still at home today...

Still at home today recuperating from a bad throat. Gets better today with the medications. Did some mis en place, meaning "preparation is everything."

Item 1: Japonaise Dacquoise. This is to prepare for my cake sometime later in the week.

Left overs are piped as Japonaise cookies.

No real baking today. Cannot see the end products today.
Back to office tomorrow, no more baking already. :p
