Puff pastry is very useful in making different kind desserts. I believe you did a good job. Nothing is better than a homemade one! I've not convinced myself to do it yet as I know it use lots of butter. But, I must try it one day when I have visitors to finish those buttery desserts for me. Thanks for sharing it!

Actually I was reluctant to make puff pastry because it uses the pastry margarine which contains trans-fat. :( But because I really like puff pastry, and that I need to practice so that I will not forget, so I had to make it. I was thinking of baking chicken pies with my puff pastry. Will post it up after I bake. :)
