Chocolate Fudge Birthday Cake

I had an order for a huge chocolate birthday cake for a 4-year-old girl earlier last week. It was from my cousin. He requested for a cinderella on the cake.
Actually, I had it all planned out on what to do for the week. Unfortunately, I was down with gastric flu even before I could start! I quickly nursed myself back to normal and accelerated my planning and baking. Thankfully, I was able to complete the cake on time. The recipe I used for the chocolate fudge was improvised from here.

Hi Jane, the cake looks really good. As I was reading this I kept wondering how big was this cake and what's the size of your oven. (:P me being just "kay-poh")

Haha...Jo. You caught me there! Can you believe my oven is only kitchen top size? Okay, I know most of you have ovens bigger than me. The size of this cake is only 11"x11". Heehee... The challenge for me is to bake this in my oven, that was why, to me, it's a "huge" cake order! Your toes must be laughing now! :p

Hi Jane! I love how picture-perfect your Cinderella looked! I bet the little girl loved the cake- I know I would have been thrilled to have a cake like that as a little girl!

Jane,
I like the cinderella pic. Is it done in colour flow? The chocolate fudge looks chocolatey! Bet the little girl enjoyed the cake.

Hi Laureen,
Thanks! I would be thrilled too if I'm a small girl! Heehee...

Hi busygran,
Thanks. What is colour flow? I don't know what it is. It is chocolate transfer that I made. I use white compound choc to pipe on plastic sheet, freeze it and transfer to the cake when it's ready. Hope this clarifies. :)

Hi Reese,
Thanks. My girl kept asking me who was it for. She told me she wants one too!

Hi bakertan,
Thanks! Yes, it's very chocky, exactly how they wanted it. You're right, I used white compound choc, add colours and pipe it.

Hi Jess,
Thanks. I hope the girl likes it too!
