Pandan Chiffon III

I am on child medical leave today as Anders was having fever. Hubby is outstationed. I'm a "full-time" housewife, sending children to & fro school, and taking care of a little sick boy. Had some time in the evening, so I tried to bake a simpler cake-Pandan Chiffon again.
