Passionfruit Cheesecake

I wanted to bake a cheesecake for my boss, and decided on Passionfruit flavour. Not many men can take sourish cakes. At least I know my dear hubby does not like. He loves pandan kaya cake (especially from Bengawan). I will bake one for him one of these days! ;)

Added passionfruit gelatine on top.

A final touch of decoration with strawberries makes it beautiful!
