A Simple Chocolate Brownie

What would you do if you feel like eating some rich chocolates, but not cake, and you don't have chocolates at home? I would think, a simple solution will be, a brownie. Not any difficult, having to melt chocolates kind, but a simple chocolate brownie will do.

This is what I baked this evening - A Simple Chocolate Brownies. It's really that simple and the smell is really good too! Using only cocoa powder, the results is as good as any other brownies! There is really no other recipe as easy as this! Just try it, you won't be disappointed!

Hi quizzine,
You should really try this brownie recipe. It's really ez and nice. The crust is crispy & the interior is moist. Just for trying once, my colleagues said I can sell this already! Heehee... Try it!

Hi Adeline,
I always reduce sugar for my baking based on what is stated in the recipe. So if you use any of my recipe, you don't have to reduce further, otherwise, too bland already! I used slightly less than 1 1/4cup of sugar. This amount should be quite alright because I used more walnuts. Otherwise walnut is bitter, cocoa powder also bitter, then sugar too little, become chocolate bitter, not chocolate brownie liao! :) Have a go at this recipe! If wanna go with vanilla ice-cream, think can reduce the sugar more...

Hi Grace,
This brownie is not for you at the moment! You have to take care of yourself, wait till you are fully recovered, then you can think of such desserts! I hope to see your bakes REALLY REALLY soon! Miss you! :>
