Refreshing Orange

With some time to spare after my kaya breakfast, I decided to bake some chiffons as they are light and nice. Initially, I wanted to try using Japaneses potatoes, but it required coconut milk. Not willing to use my coconut milk yet, I dropped the idea of using Japanese potatoes. Finally, I baked orange chiffons as I'm very familiar with this and I'm quite sure nothing can go wrong. I'm happy with the outcome, thankfully!

Hi Grace,
Thanks! I've always like baking orange chiffon and eating them. It's very refreshing! I've not tried lemon chiffon before! But I've tried citrus chiffon, which is a combination of orange and lemon! ;)

Mmm, orange chiffon sounds fabulous. I love the idea of such a refreshing flavor in a light cake. How wonderful!
