I wanted to do a Chocolate and Coffee Creme Brulee Tart from Yochana's site. However, I realised that by the time I put in my coffee cream, it has already filled up the tart crust! So that goes my chocolate layer! It ended up, the coffee was too bitter for the tart! I should've reduced the coffee quantity. Anyway, I think it's still a good try! :)
