good question....I can't live without my kitchenaid mixer, obviously. Since I am a pastry girl. ;)
Another secret tool that I use a lot in the professional kitchen is the immersion blender. It makes the smoothest pastry cream, mousse and soup!

My favourite kitchen appliance is my electric kettle - I don't have a lot of appliances, but I'm hooked on tea.

My favorite Kitchen Appliance would be my food processor. Not only could I grind/blend/chop my fruits and vegetables I can also use the dough hook to make dough for pastries or bread.

The best kitchen gadet in my household would be the rice cooker. Since we live in a a modern society, convenience is ideal thing. Wash the rice, add water and hit a simple button and then walk away. Now, I hope to win this gadget.
Thanks you

For me, it's Thermal Cooker. I use it to cook porridge, boil spaghetti and all kinds of soup. Just put on the stove, bring to boil for about 10mins. Remove from stove and place in the pot and let it cook in its own steam. Saves energy costs and also no worries on food spilling all over!

For me I can't live without my KitchenAid mixer. I beat, mix, knead and grind with it. Without it is like me without a hand :)

My fridge. From all things a to z, from breakfast to lunch, from lunch to dinner, from dinner to supper, from supper to breakfast. Everything is in the fridge to satisfy 2 hungry boys and hungrier husband 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It has to work terribly hard and is usually taken for granted till it breaks down. That's my favourite.

It has to be my brand new Kitchenaid Mixer. It has helped me with so many successful baking the last few months! I believe all baking enthusiast should own one. Altho it doesn't come cheap, but it is a lifelong investment. Besides for baking, it can do many many other things that no other mixer can do. Becoz of it's versatility, you don't even need some of the other appliances coz KM can do it!
