Blueberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake

As I was going to meet "her" today, I decided to bake a cake for "her" yesterday. Although both of us love to bake, I still thought it will be good to bake a cake for "her" as I know she will appreciate it even if it is not very nice.

So I chose to bake Blueberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake from Honey Bee Sweets. I have all the ingredients that is required, so I thought it won't be too difficult. I also make them into smaller pans so that I can choose the best looking one for "her". The rest of the pound cakes, I gave to my colleagues. So I told them that due to "my friend", they get to have the pound cakes. So bad of me to say that! :p

These were the pans I used and when over-turned, they gave completely different designs. Mix & match them.

While waiting for the cakes to be baked, I went to blend for myself a big cup of Avocado milk drink. I added some full cream milk, honey and ice cubes to the avocado. It was just... YUMMY! After that one cup, I was so full, but I really enjoyed it!

Hi Grace,
I knew you would ask, so I'd better post it up before you come after me to ask for it! Thanks. I gave my colleagues and they love it too! :) I think put into a few smaller pans easier to bake and faster also. :p

Hi HBS,
Thanks for your recipe. Yes, you're part of our memory too! Luckily I didn't let you down also since the feedback of the cake was nice. Had I not baked it nicely, then you'll get the "blame" too! Hahaha...Just kidding! It's a matter of personal skills! ;)
