Laying out the tart dough, prepared to be baked.
Baked the tart dough till browned.
Cooking the fuji apples with butter and ground cinnamons.
I mixed the creme patissere together with the cooked apples.
Then lay out the thinly sliced apples on top of the creme patissere apple mix.
Crumbles are put on top and brought to the oven to bake till browned.
This is the cross section of my Apple Crumble Flan. The browning does look appetising, isn't it??
